- On the day of arrival, the rooms and apartments can be occupied from 3.00 pm
- A down payment of 50% of the total price is required within 7 days after booking
- Cancellation fees are based on the total amount of the reservation price

- up to 30 days prior to arrival → free cancellation
- 29 to 14 days prior to arrival → 50 % of the total price
- 13 to 7 days prior to arrival → 70 % of the total price
- 6 to 0 days prior to arrival → 90 % of the total price

- up to 14 days prior to arrival → free cancellation

- Prices for hotel rooms are per person & day including breakfast
- Package deals: our package rates apply per person for the specified number of days and with the specified services included
- Prices for hotel rooms are per person & day including premium food arrangement (half board, drinks during dinner from 6.30 pm to 9.00 pm)

Prices in apartment are per apartment & day with standard occupancy without meals including the ÖTZTAL INSIDE SUMMER CARD for the duration of the stay (not valid on the day of arrival).
