- On the day of arrival, the suites & apartments can be occupied from 3.00 pm
- A down payment of 50% of the total price is required within 7 days after booking
- The rest of the ammound can be payed to our account latest 10 days before arrival or latest at check in
- Cancellation fees are based on the total amount of the reservation price
- The general Austrian hotel contract terms and conditions apply
AUTUMN:
- up to 21 days prior to arrival → free cancellation
- 20 to 7 days prior to arrival → 70 % of the total price
- 6 to 0 days prior to arrival → 90 % of the total price
WINTER:
- up to 30 days prior to arrival → free cancellation
- 29 to 14 days prior to arrival → 50 % of the total price
- 13 to 7 days prior to arrival → 70 % of the total price
- 6 to 0 days prior to arrival → 90 % of the total price
- Prices for hotel suites are per person & day including breakfast
- Prices for apartments are per apartment & day with standard occupancy and without food arrangement

Short stay surcharge in hotel suite for 1 to 3 nights
- € 4.00 per adult & day
- Children up to 15 years do not pay any resort tax
Child reduction available in the hotel suite if the children sleep in their parents' room (from 2 full-paying persons):
- up to 3 years → 100 %
- 4 to 9 years → 60 %
- 10 to 14 years → 40 %
- from 15 years → 10 %
